The dasher did not pick up the chips, claims the restaurant said the chips where in the bag (which would be impossible due to the bag being small and only fitting the other items). I had to walk to the restaurant to pick up what was missing items. the two girls at the receptionist area made zero effort to check my receipt and simply handed over one single bag of chips and did not care about the others. Then on the Quesadilla order it was very little steak to where one of the cuts was just tortilla and little cheese. and the Burrito Bowls were packed with mostly rice

We've ordered from Chipotle in the past and it's been good but last few times location in Porter Ranch has gone down hill in quality and sevice. In fact this last order is unedible. We ordered 2xBuritto Bowls and 1 Burrito.the rice was hard and uncooked in both bowls, including the burrito which makes it very difficult to eat of course.
The steak was fatty and chewey on top of that.
The chicken bowl had partially uncooked chicken, and it was all cold even though the driver came straight from this location which is only 1.2 miles away.
We won't be ordering from here again, and will stick to Sharky's or Baja Fresh when in the mood for healthy quick Mexican food. I blame the management at this location, not the whole chain.
You can see the fatty leather-like steak below, and the small bowl as well that was clearly so cold that it's separating from the sides. All the rice being hard and uncooked was the worst part however.

The carnitas in my tacos were 90% fat and a lot of the chips I couldn't eat because they were either stale or over cooked

The way the burrito was wrapped lead to every bite being a bite of a single type of item in the burrito.
First bite was all rice. Second bite was all sour cream. Third bite was beans fourth bite was cheese. Who sends a burrito out in layers like that.

Theres a bunch of tortilla wasted on the corners, the quesadilla was poorly made with no effort, and it should be more compressed and better made. I am disappointed on what I've ordered, it was terible and a waste of money.
