They used so much red onion to the guac that's all we could taste. So little meat in the burritos we questioned whether it was there. Mostly rice and beans. Almost no cheese.
Plus the chips were soggy

Our food was promised by 6:30pm and didn't get it till 7:38pm. Our dasher was great, he kept in contact with me letting me know that they were extremely behind, and only 5 people were working. When we got our food, the large bag was only a quarter full, I may have had 6 pieces of steak in my burrito filled with mostly rice and corn, with no salsa. The bowl was cold with also very little meat again no salsa

Tha Salad was sad, hardly any fillings, especially lettuce and rice and the tiniest amount of dressing was pathetic! The Burrito Bowl wasn't much better and it actually had more lettuce than the Salad did! What is happening?!

They charge $8 for extra steak and don't actually give you extra steak. They fill the burrito with more rice to make it look bigger. This is intentional.

Would not order from here. I used to love this chain. But ownership is reducing protein and over stuffing with rice and beans. White rice is plain white rice. All the ingredients separate and not blended. Never get more than 1-2 ingredients with each bite.
