The salad was OK. The sofritas are something I am learning to deal with as I begin my foray into eating less animal-based protein and I am pleased with how they tasted. What I am not pleased with is the BROWN guacamole that looks like it has been oxidizing for two days. I have eaten brown guacamole out of my fridge in the past and I know it's safe (to a point), it shows a lack of effort and poor quality control on the part of a restaurant! The impression is that the restaurant is not using fresh ingredients, makes no real effort in presentation and shows a lack of concern for the customer's experience. I used to think of Chipotle as high-priced but fresher Taco Bell. Today's meal just felt higher priced.

On call right now with customer service. I have never seen such a lackluster amount of food put into their bowls before. For the up price of convenience you would think they would stay to the quality that they give when you go into the store. The pictures I have are ridiculous I've never seen such a small amount of food given from Chipotle for the price that was paid. Not good

The normal sized burrito is a veggie. The smaller one is a steak. The size difference is huge. Come on Chipotle in Clarksville! That is not worth the price.

I asked for half chicken and half hot honey chicken. It was like there was less than a scoop of regular chicken even on the bowl. It is bad I paid extra for the hot honey chicken and got really no chicken at all.
Do better Chipotle do better.

The salad only had about 6 pieces of lettuce and was a really small portion. For the price I would like to see more. This only happens when I get it delivered. This time they gave me my dressing they usually forget it.
