Got 3 soft tacos and the white rice was hard. I ordered at night so I assume they just used the stale leftovers instead of making a new batch. I've also had the steak in a burrito before, and it was dry. Nothing but bad experiences at this location; you're better off going to a Chipotle in a different city.

my order was right. but they need to specify on this app how big or small the quesadilla is.i thought it was the size I usually get but $6 for this ah hell nah. it's looking like a $1 worth. well good I know for next time but that's insane.

Chips were stale and for $6 queso you would hope to get more than a 3oz of it. I ordered a salad but found hardly any lettuce. Didn't ask for pinto beans.

Burrito Bowl - ordered the chicken. It was good but the chicken was different. Mostly white meat with no really seasoning.
Kids Kid's Build Your Own - was good with good portion. Did not receive the kids chips

I recently visited the Chipotle on E broad, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The steak in my order was extremely chewy and hard to eat. Additionally, the bag I received had vinaigrette dripping all over the food, making it a messy and unpleasant experience. I expected better quality and care from Chipotle and hope they address these issues promptly.
