Chipotle fail. $2.45 extra for guacamole and there's barely any guac on it. Same story with the fajita veggies and cheese. Plenty of rice though. I've been a fan of chipotle for 20 years. They've gone so far downhill since the pandemic. Keep giving them more chances, and they keep falling short.

This been happening a lot lately, I specifically ask for extra steak and pay for extra steak but I've been getting the regular portion. I know so because I've been ordering the same thing for a while, thru DoorDash, or in person. I'm not sure how much is for the extra steak but I would like a refund for that because there's literally no steak on my plate.

my Burrito did not meet my need and expectation, it was majority rice the portion of rice and chicken is terrible. there was no chicken.

I paid over $18 just for my Burrito Bowl. That means in addition to the regular order of Chicken, I added another full order of chicken and over $6 for a full order of Steak. I barely received any chicken. The most I got was sour cream. No salsa and just a few pieces of lettuce. This was the most expensive Burrito Bowl I ever purchased via delivery. From now on, I will just go in person for this restaurant only. You get CHEATED when have it delivered. I mean the rice didn't even cover it the bottom of the bowl. Just sad for a great restaurant.

They skimped on my chips, but everything else was fine! They didn't skimp on the Burrito Bowl. Cheese was filled to top and not messy. Food was as fresh as you can get it. No complaints <3
