Whoever packed my bowls I love u so much and i hope your pillow's cold on both sides and you get a financial windfall. Taste's amazing, portion is large and ingredients are fresh and succulent. Will be repurchasing.

I got two Burrito Bowls. Both of them had not enough chicken, the rice had some crunch in it, and it didn’t taste like it was cooked all the way.

Im a huge chipotle fan and consistently eat it every week. This chipotle however needs a complete overhaul of management. The bowls are consistently small, the burritos even smaller because most of the employees cant roll properly. The ingredients themselves are routinely off in some way. Either the rice is stale or the steak is burnt or something else. Thats if you go in person, delivery is even worse. You've got essentially a 50/50 shot of getting your order remotely correct.

There is no pico, this isn't the honey chicken, I paid for queso, the rice is realy old and dry, there is barely even one scoo of black beans on here. Chips are really stale and hard.
The delivery driver was great tho...

I always worry when I order from here because the portions are tiny, whoever was working today was on point. Tacos were loaded up!
