The "burrito" came completely open with wayyyyy too much filling just all spilling out of the tortilla. And it was supposedly double wrapped? I've ordered from chipotle more times than I can count and I've never seen a monstrosity like this before. Couldn't even get it out of the bag

Ordered a chicken Burrito Bowl and while I forgot to add lettuce the portion was the smallest I've ever seen. Certainly not worth what I paid. I ordered the same thing from the Mt. Juliet location and it was twice the size. Wont be ordering from Lebanon location again.

Freshness of it was good, the taste is always good, the protions are just perfect size, i would definitely order again, the meat was tender and had lot if flavor, the chips where perfect. Overall the best food I have had

Lately food has been not good. I asked a
Veggie Full Bowl. And the onions where like dry old. A lot of rice but few black beans and veggies and the guacamole almost black. Before was really good. Hope thr quality will improve again.

My food was good overall my chicken was a little overcooked. I also ordered a Blackberry Izze but received a sprite instead. I would appreciate the store reaching out and notifying me of their available options or making it a substitute for the order because I would rather get my money back!
