Burrito Bowl it is delicious with the honey Chipotle chicken. It is a big amount. enough for me and my son to share. I would definitely order it again. it was delivered hot and fresh and it was very affordable. I would give it a 10 if I could!!

My barbacoa Burrito Bowl was nothing but lettuce and sour cream with a ton of rice on top and no barbacoa at all. if you eat here regularly, you know the rice is supposed to be on the bottom. The side of guacamole was only partially full and it was brown and nasty!

Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. This was by far the worst Chipotle order I have ever received. I genuinely cannot believe someone looked at this food, packaged it like this, and decided it was acceptable to send to a paying customer. Several of the containers looked like food had literally been scraped out of them. There was sauce and food residue smeared across mostly empty compartments, with pathetic amounts of chicken and sides left behind. It looked less like freshly prepared meals and more like somebody’s leftovers after they finished eating.
The packaging made it even worse. NONE of the food was sealed. The containers weren’t secured with stickers or anything to show they hadn’t been opened or tampered with, and the order wasn’t even placed inside a bag. It was delivered as a stack of loose, unsealed containers. For a delivery order being handled and transported by another person before reaching my home, that is completely unacceptable.
The portion sizes were also a joke. Some compartments had a few scraps of food while others were practically empty. I paid for complete meals, not whatever happened to be left on the serving line. Looking at these pictures, I honestly don’t understand how an employee could package this order without realizing how terrible it looked. Poor portions, terrible presentation, careless packaging, and absolutely no attention to food security. I would NEVER order delivery from this location again. If this is the standard they consider acceptable for DoorDash customers, save your money and order somewhere else. Zero stars if I could.

We always gravitate to the burrito bowls but this time was subpar. Normally everything balances out, for the ingredients it was too heavy on beans and barely any rice, lettuce, meat, salsa, or cheese. Also, the flavors were very bland. Not what we expected based on prior experience and seems to be the norm now.

Burrito Bowl I had to remove alot of the lettuce as it was white and black. the guacamole was turning brown as well.
