This store is so inconsistent with portioning and quality. More times than not they give you laughable portions (if you can even consider it a portion) of protein and the guacamole always seems to be brown/not fresh. Shame on me for continuing to give them the benefit of the doubt.

This was honestly one of the worst bowls I’ve ever gotten. The food was ice cold, the portion was tiny, and it looked like whoever made it was in a huge rush and didn’t care at all. Hardly any chicken, barely any toppings, and everything was just thrown together like a mess. The rice was dry, the beans were hard, and the whole thing looked old and unappetizing. For what I paid, this is just ridiculous. I expect fresh, hot food. not something that looks and tastes like leftovers. Definitely not buying from this place again.

The carne asada protein was absolutely disgusting. The meat had clearly been sitting out for a while. It was rock hard and bone dry. I was very hungry and now I'm very disappointed. Small portions (typical of chipotle delivery unfortunately) and noticeably subpar ingredients.

Flavor was amazing as always, but ordering a quesadilla was confusing. I wanted my sour cream, salsa and guacamole sides, but it wasn't listed as "sides" rather "toppings" so I didn't get what I wanted. Also, there were no napkins or plastic utensils for me in my bag so it made it very difficult to eat with my fingers.
