We received no joke 10 chips in our chips and Chips & Guacamole order. In the steak Burr Bowlito there were hard small avocado seeds my husband almost broke his tooth on. My tacos came almost as if they were sitting in a fridge, the tortillas were ice cold. Our order was picked up and deliverd in a timely manner so shouldn't have been that cold.

The chips were stale and flavorless they also didn't allow you to customize the instructions so I had to spend $9 extra to just get black beans in addition to pinto beans. I originally went inside the store to order but waited a few minutes and no one took my order because they must prioritize take out or carry out orders. So I went to my car and ordered via DoorDash. The quality was so poor during this experience and the customer service was missing

My burrito bowl lacked the usual flavor seems like the chicken wasn't seasoned. I paid for an extra portion of chicken. This bowl seems skimpy compared to whatI receive when I order in person. There was a few pieces of wilted lettuce on the bowl as well. I won't take the chance ordering this again.

I was very disappointed in my meal. The rice was undercooked ( basically it was hard). I ordered green sauce on it, there was none on it. I only ate it bc I spent $25.00 on it. This Chipotle used to be the best, not anymore.

they didn't put all the stuff I asked for in my bowl and the rice tasted old and they didn't put a lot of meat and I would not order for here again.
