The salad i ordered, the meat was DRY and no chicken was added though I paid for half. I can count the corn and beans and it looks like a teaspoon of sour cream. My daughter's bud your own taco didn't have the chicken I ordered. they only gave her rice, lettuce and guac. So disappointed with this location and its definitely my last. I visited in person last week and they charged me for vinegarette and sour cream that came with it. I didn't ask for extra and I saw the charges when I walked to my vehicle. went back in and she told me. I said it comes with it and you have to disclose charges before you just charge people. This location has gone down over the years and will NOT go there again. Unacceptable and disappointing!

I ordered off of here and got a Burrito Bowl and it was actually pretty good. Now, normally I was more so worried about not having enough chicken and more lettuce than everything. Everything came in just like how I wanted. My bowl was perfectly filled and the white rice was fresh! Only thing I had to do was heat it up to make it hotter!

The reviews for all the food places in this area are absolutely terrifying and this Chipotle wasn't any different. I was starving so I took a chance anyway and I'm so glad I did! It was sooooo good and made exactly how I asked! Most Chipotles I've had are usually pretty bland in flavor but this Burrito Bowl was chock full of it! Thank you to whoever made my bowl!!

The second time in a row my rice in my burrito is undercooked. I paid for steak barely any inside it. Matteson Chipotle has no standards. They will send you anything.

I always look forward to chipotle when I leave my hometown, well unfortunately it wasn't as present this time, chips were stale so much it was quite unpleasant on my mouth, quac was basically avocado with smashed jalapeños, no salt lime or cilantro, my salad bowl was not drained from beans and the whole bowl was wet with bean juice. Also asked for side tortillas and that wasn't given. Very disappointed since we paid almost 50 for our meals.
