My Burrito was disappointing. There was hardly any chicken , and the chips were stale. I would prefer to pick up my food in person. I spent almost $20 on my burrito, but all I received was sauce, rice, beans, corn, and veggies. I even paid extra for guacamole, but it was missing from the Burrito.

Better when you order it in person not online. The make the bowls so empty, barely anything in it. For as much as it is, it should NOT be this empty. The taste is okay, it's a solid 7/10. Now the freshness, the chicken is good. The lettuce isn't as fresh as it should be. Would I order again? In person yes, online NO.

always more miss than hit. chips are always stale and when you pay crazy amount for large you still recieve same quantity as regular. lol 4.00 bucks for a few tablespoons of weird tasting guacamole.

Best DoorDash chipotle order ive ever received, I order 3 bowls and they were all filled!whoever made my bowls needs a raise! I ordered extra chicken al pastor on one of the bowls and it had extra chicken alpastor ! Thanks to the employees at chipotle for your dedication and for making my order as ordered and yall werent greedy with the food! Thanks

Portions are half what they used to be. Very disappointing.
I was shocked by how small the portions were today. The protein (meat) was barely half of what I’ve received in the past. It feels like a total waste of money considering the price. It seems like the staff isn't properly trained to provide consistent servings. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of consistency in service.
I’ll be looking elsewhere next time if this continues.
