my chips were wet at the bottom and the rice was also slimy and stuck together in chunks at the bottom for some reason?

The chips are burnt and tasteless. I thought ordering in the morning hours, I wouldve had better quality chips. Not able to enjoy them at all. I just feel with chipotle hightenimg their prices the quality would be monitored better!
