I haven't had great experiences with this location in the past but this order was some of the best chipotle i had in a long time! Mild salsa was fresh, chicken was cooked perfectly, chips weren't burnt and were seasoned correctly, entire order was correct, tacos were a good portion, guacamole and queso were both made perfectly, really hope the quality stays this way in the future! Sooo delicious.

Made my entire order incorrectly, sent an unsealed bag, and gave me less than half the portion you'd get from ordering in-store. Filled with absolutely massive pieces of raw onion that completely overpowered every other flavor and sent chips so stale I could bend them without them breaking. The vinaigrette was also made incorrectly, and it tasted like I was drinking vinegar straight from the bottle.

Order from another store, like the one in rocky river. The detroit ave location puts very little filling in the Burrito - when there is enough tortilla to fold around it twice and you can finish it in 4 bites something is wrong. Disgraceful for 20 dollars.

another tiny burrito, half the size of what I'd normally get if I went into the store, but pay the same price. Won't be ordering from here anymore. Happens too often to be a fluke or occasional mistake.

Burrito was actually not bad today. Chips are burnt and made incorrectly but they have been like that for the past year at this location. Fresh Tomato Salsa was not good, mushy with a gross flavor. Side of Guacamole has almost no flavor it is not good. I miss when chipotle always hit the spot, now it's a gamble every time i order /:
