Chips were stale, $14 burrito was smaller than 2 tortilla chips laid on top of each other. Customer service is a nightmare to get in touch with to make a complaint. I will not be back.
I have added pictures of the burrito with a tortilla chips laid and a salt shaker beside it for size reference. I also added a picture of what is supposed to be a large bag of tortilla chips, but as you can see just like Lays the bag is always full of air.

I have eaten here many times and its normally really good but yesterday I got 3 burritos with steak and everything in them on a double tortilla shell. these burritos were tiny and not double shelled. they did say their grill person was in a wreck on the way to work so we also had to wait 25 minutes after doing or order online. I paid 16 dollars for each burrito or I wouldn't be that upset

Bowl wasn't even filled I could stick my finger almost all the way in with how shallow it was filled. only has a couple of pieces of lettuce and other toppings.

I ordered the burrito bowl and paid for extra chicken. To my disappointment I was having to dig just to find any chicken at all!!! I also ordered chips and queso. Only a handful of chips! The flavor was good but I did not get what I paid for. Very disappointed!

honey chicken option not on door dash i call as soon as I place order and ask for it they tell me no.. I get a salad bowl it has lliterally 5 peices of lettuce it's a soupy mess chips stale like week old stale I feel robbed never again.. Pic is so called salad bowl
