They didn't even heat the burrito. It was cold and hard. The cheese hadn't melted. Almost no steak. Just not very good

The quality of meat is awful. My first bite of barbacoa was nothing but fat, had to spit out, and the rest of the meat was fatty and just had a bad taste. I paid a little over $20 for a salad that I had to keep spitting out.

When one asks for cheese, they should get more than a pinch. It's cheese...not salt. I'm disappointed in the quality of this chipotle. They couldn't mash an avocado.... they've given me stale chips on more than one occasion. And now they skimp on the ingredients we pay for, namely cheese. I received one bite of cheese but purchased a full burrito bowl. Please make it make sense?
