I ordered two bowls and in the first bowl, the guacamole looked pasty and old! We had to take it off and that had to pay extra for the guac. The second I ordered chicken Al pastor and there were about two piece of meat in the second picture also had to pay more for the kind of meat.

Bowls were really cold, barely had any meat in it and literally no cheese in it. The steak was hard no flavor to it at all. Go inside they give you more it seems like. Order online you get less. Almost 20$ for a bowl and you hardly get what you pay for.

I barely had any vegetables or lettuce in my Burrito Bowl. Like literally 3 pieces of veggie & a few pieces of lettuce. Kind of disappointing when all I ordered was the meat, rice, beans, veggies & lettuce.

My burrito bowl was good, but once again the chips were stale. And the size of the queso was not the correct size that I ordered. Not sure if Chipotle is now using the small clear container that's used for guacamole as the "small" size container for the queso; but it was absurd to see that the queso came in this container vs the small white container it normally comes in. Disappointing.
