My burrito bowl is not what I ordered, I ordered brown rice, i was given white rice, there are huge chunks of raw onion, for fajita veggies I received raw bell pepper. Chipotle will not refund your order if place through 3rd party app, my order was $25 for food I will not eat.

I ordered extra Carnitas $6 more and double wrapped burrito, and I got less Carnitas than what I ordered, with mostly clumped tortilla and a large clump of cheese. Seems like there wasn't much care put into the order.

got there after my order was supposed to be ready, was told it would be another 5 to 10 minutes. waited 20 minutes. got it home and the rice was way undercooked and crunchy. Also there was almost no meat (barbacoa) even though I ordered extra.

They gave me the wrong protein, none really. I ordered sofritas and they gave me a tiny bit of grilled onion and red pepper instead. Did not include the cheese, sour cream, pico, or salsa I ordered in the small, joyless, bland burrito I received. Rice was undercooked yet clumpy, and so bland.

Haven't eaten here much lately as their food at this store has gone downhill. Tried it today, and nothing has changed. The chips were overcooked and burnt, the quesadilla was a bit under-cooked and the steak mostly gristle. They completely forgot my drink altogether. I even wonder if Chipotle's manager even pays attention to the complaints here? This was low effort food at best.
