I ordered a Chicken Burrito Bowl and Chips. When I received my order the portion was very small filling up one half of the carton after mixing all the ingredients together. There was no fresh salsa/pico, my bowl had 3 large pieces of lettuce and the rice was hard and crunchy. Very dissatisfied.

2.20 for some damn chips that would've been FREE with my bowl anywhere else and all I got was a toddler size handful of chips. Then the bowl is Luke warm so the cheese doesn't even melt.

The Burrito Bowl was delicious as usual, but I also ordered Chips & Queso that was awful! The Queso tasted burnt. The chips were stale and tough.
I have never had bad Queso before but this was terrible. And it cost me over $5.00. I'll still get my Burrito Bowl from timeto to time

Last time I ordered, I was content with my order even though it was late. This time my food was wrapped and bagged better, hot, and i received double the chips i did last time. i know covid is tough so i really appreciate the hard work thats being done.

Neither Quesadilla nor Kid's Quesadilla had cheese??? No complaints for mine because I had plenty other items but the kid's version was a cheese only quesadilla that was a bare naked but warm soft taco shell????? I tried to call, no one picked up and for all of that I received a $2 refund. Also, very stingy with the vinaigrette which was shocking since it was considered one of my three sides????
