I don't know if the store is under new management , but in the last 4 or 5 months the customer service and food handling has significantly decreased.
My order was packed without a regard or care to leakage and spillage. I ordered the tacos and one of them basically had a snap amount of meat. I'm definitely going to cross Chipotle off my list of places to order food from.

I ordered a burrito bowl with chips and queso along with a kids meal for my son. Not only did they forget my chips, but my son's chip are stale. I wish there was another location to DoorDash because I really love Chipotle but the location where it comes from off 99 is absolutely terrible. They always forget something and portions are tiny.

In my burrito bowl, there was barely any meat and way too many vegetables. The rice had too much cilantro. The tortilla was the only good part.

This is one of the better chipotles I have ever eaten at. However, today was terrible. The rice was hard as a rock and very dry. The meat was dry, and there was very little in the burrito. Further half of the meat was fat. I ended up with a mound of chewed up fat on my plate afterwards. Be thankful didn't Upload a picture. This is not the norm for this location in my experience but whoever made my burrito needs to be removed from servingfood . There is no way they didn't notice the rice and meat were old and dry, or that half the meat they put in my burrito was fat. Not sure if management changed or I just got the wrong server at the wrong time but I paid almost 15 dollars for that. I will not be ordering from there anytime soon. I would go in person if you want Chipotle.

My Burrito had corn in it and I'm not a big fan of corn and mind u I payed for that Burrito js for it to have smth I despise. Also my Burrito was extremely skinny and it had a lot more beans than usual like I mean taco skinny js with more filling you could say . I would order again but I really hope they do better my order and I honestly would like my money back for the Burrito that had corn which I hate , and it's freshness was not the best hot type I usually get . The taste was okay but I wasn't loving the combination of beans and corn mixed together.
