The Chips were chewy and not salted at all. The Burrito Bowl the meat was cold on both! I've ordered here weekly for a month and never had a terrible experience until today! My onions were not cooked what so ever! Huge portions and I would order again. Hopefully just bad staffing today.

Just a bit disappointed with this order, two issues. Fist there was very little chicken, quite a bit less than what I've usually gotten. Second it was swimming in sour cream. So much so I could barely taste anything else.

Mid. Salad was 95% spinach, but edible. The Burrito Bowl was filled about 1/3 of the way. small portion honestly for the prices they have. Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco was so salty it was almost inedible. They need to change their oil or something.

The food tasted fine, but the portion size was laughably small. Had I been at the store in person, I would have had them remake it. Granted I don't get a ton of variety on my Burrito, it still should have been bigger than the palm of my hand. Especially considering I paid for double chicken, making it an $18+ burrito.

This salad was inedible. Against my better judgement, I had 1 bite and it tasted like soap. There was very little lettuce in the salad, and it was wilted and slimy with long stems attached. The cheese was dry and hard. There was very little salsa. The barbacoa was 1 blob of fat. The entire salad was coated in grease. It was beyond repulsive and I will probably never eat at Chipotle ever again.
