This location is soooo inconsistent. I always order the same Burrito Bowl and Chips. This is not a hot & spicy meal, last 2 orders it's been so spicy it isn't enjoyable. Whatever seasoning is on the carnitas completely overtakes every other flavor for me. Also, when you order lettuce it's usually shredded- today it came with comically long lettuce strips laid over it like a blanket; I legit took all the lettuce off and cut it myself so I could mix it in lol. Chips completely stale for the second time in a row, and portion is about 1/3 of what you get at any other location. Does not leave me wanting to order again.

My burrito Bowl was filled to the top but my rice was hard and seemed old or undercooked . So disappointing for a $26 order !!

i spent 30+ dollars on a burrito and chips, only for my burrito to arrive with less than half the toppings i ordered... no salsa, no guac, no lettuce or cheese, just white rice with blacks beans and chicken...

Barely any meat, terrible quality compared to RI chipoltes/ queso cover not secured and went all over the rest of it. Waste of money. Last time I order.

very small portion. bowl was half full and steak i paid extra for is super tough and dry.
