One of my favourite fast food places. Incredibly filling and tasty.

My burrito was made incorrectly and had an excessive amount of rice to the point where it was basically a mess. My other burrito was also made incorrectly. For almost $20 for a burrito, I expect a higher standard and for my order to be made correctly. Anytime I order in person, my burrito is usually perfect, but about 70% of the time when I order through DoorDash, something is incorrect or missing. I’ve never complained about it in the past, but it has happened so many times that I’ve decided to stop ordering Chipotle through DoorDash altogether.

Paid for guac and queso. Got neither. Paid for a side of steak. It was burnt to black and hard. Looked and felt like a hockey puck

Burrito bowl had no rice! And almost no chicken when I paid for it extra chicken. Would not order through DoorDash again due to poor quality control.

sour cream was not included in my order, my HIGH PROTEIN TACO was literally just a tortilla with chicken on it
