I was honestly pretty disappointed with my order. The rice was very hard and tasted stale, and I barely received any chicken, it genuinely felt like there were only a couple of pieces in the entire bowl. I also ordered sour cream, but there was none included. Instead, the bowl had way more lettuce than I wanted, which made the portions feel even more unbalanced. I usually expect better quality and consistency from Chipotle, especially for the price. Please do better with the portions, freshness, and making sure customers actually receive what they ordered.

Large chips were 1/3 or less of the bag filled, and also same size as the bag of chips for the small chips and guacamole, which was also 1/3 of a bag filled. Did not receive chips for the queso and chips smaller size I ordered either. Very disappointing. Chips are not that expensive, and the amount you sent for 1 large and two smaller sides of dips is pathetic.

I ordered this very expensive bowl with literally only 3 ingredients and the left off the guacamole.
So disappointed.
