• 13/08/26Orders are always correct and packaged securely. Portions are huge, they definitey don't skimp on the ingredients.

• 8/07/24the food was horrible. I only ate a few bites and threw it away. the guacamole was brown and did not taste good. the black beans were overcooked and the chicken tasted burnt. I have eaten at a lot of Chipotle restaurants and this one was awful!!

• 25/03/26My burrito bowl had very little in it and even less barbacoa, the chips which i normally love were over fried and had that greasy overcooked texture. I am not sure why my orders are always sent to New Castle when Hermitage is the same distance. I have never had an issue in the Hermitage location.
