We get the same order in the store and the Burrito has never been this small. Photo against remote for context. The tortilla was hard not fresh. The steak in the Burrito Bowl was old. Very disappointing.

Who ever was working on January 22nd at about 5 packed everything very light. We got stale chips with both our guacamole and salsa. The burrito bowl was half full, and the quesadilla was mostly a tortilla with a couple pieces of steak. Normally the order is fantastic but managers need to review what employees are starting to do with door dash orders. Not everyone can walk in store all the time, I'm 35 weeks pregnant and just got out of the hospital and was hoping for a good meal.

ordered 2 bowls both were kid side portions bearly any rice to pay 17 and change for a half bowl is crazy the chips were stale not fresh at all

This was an amazing experience! The food was fresh! The carne asada was fresh, hot and oh my gosh it was tender and seasoned amazing! I was impressed that they actually got the double meat portion included and didn't gip me- didn't cheat me! I was so impressed I would order again!

The burrito bowls are good but leak grease all over. The side of guacamole I paid more than $3 for was a tiny tiny sample cup. Chipotle skimps on everything but the price.
