This chipotle sucks.. AVOID AT ALL COST. I ordered a steak quesadilla and it was absolute trash. Cheese wasn't even melted all the way whatsoever and the queso for my chips & queso was completely watered down it looked like soup. Terrible service and just all aound terrible. They also put the same amount of chips in your large bag as if you ordered a small. Idk why I gave them another chance but never again. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT GOOD SERVCE AT ALL. I dont even write many reviews but I am so fed up with this place being so trash and still being on here. There is a way better chipotle near me yet this one is my only option. Done door dashing from here. I will just drive to a different one from now on and I advise everyone else to do the same unless you like wasting your money on terrible/uncooked food.

They said my order was ready but we had to wait 30 MINUTES in the store and they hadn't even started my order. My quesadilla and like no cheese?!? I was missing a salsa and my queso which I love from chipotle was disgusting and coagulated and gritty and tasted old.

Both burrito and sour cream from the kids meal was too little in comparison to other others we have made before. And the burrito has a little bit of meat

food portions are consistently small. most of the time there is missing items, fatty steak, and wrong ingredients. chipoltles in other cities are way better and consistent than this location in particular
