Hi Chipotle team,
I ordered a bowl today and unfortunately the meat was extremely gristly and tough — full of hard, chewy pieces that made the entire bowl inedible. I wasn’t able to finish it.
I’d appreciate a refund or a replacement. Happy to provide the order details/receipt if needed.

Meat is fatty and hardly any rice at all. Ordered it because it said 12min delivery,got it 45 min later after 2 drivers wer reassigned.

The food is half the size you would get in store. Paid $5 for extra cicken and got a normal portion

Really surprised with how small the portion sizes are in the Burrito Bowl compared to past orders.
One of the bowls had things that was not orderd. I am not happy with order overall. Taste was not there.

The Burrito Bowl was good, as always. However, this is the second time that they have forgotten to add the requested cheese.
