Barbacoa flavorful, juicy, plentiful and accompanied by blue corn tortillas. I ate it with the Esquites. I selected to have it with the cheese but, I'd omit that next time. Also the corn had some light sauce on it that I didn't think was needed. The corn was charred perfectly and the light sauce took away from it. If possible I'd have that without or perhaps on the side.
