• 10/07/26I am a regular and finally decided to order in for once. The quality difference with delivery is jarring. The Garlic Cheesy Bread is unseasoned, possessing only scant flavor. The pizza was greasier with flatter crust than I'm used to from Cici's. The Cinnamon Rolls were good as ever!

• 21/11/25Order arrived hot but with so many issues. The Split Specialty was POORLY made. Sloppy presentation with the majority of the pizza being made as alfredo pizza, which covered the BBQ pizza. Also, paid extra to receive extra icing on the Cinnamon Rolls, and it only came with the standard amount. VERY DISPLEASED, DISSATISFIED, & DISHEARTENING! Will not be ordering again.

• 2/01/23When revived the pizza was clearly taken off the buffet line I ordered Alfredo sauce pizza and some of the slices were made with regular pizza sauce. Also, you can clearly see that even though the pizza was a large the slices were not the same sizes .. they looked more like small slices

• 24/12/24The Buffalo Chicken Poppers Value Pack #2 - Poppers were missing Buffalo sauce and they forgot an extra Alfredo that was also ordered. It's so frustrating because it's not the first time they mess up and Door Dash doesn't help either.
