• 6/11/25Excellent. Probably the most indulgent ice cream-type dessert I've had in the area in Springfield. I would say especially the peanut butter that I got. Very rich, very indulgent. Excellent if that's what you want. The pumpkin latte flavor that I got was a little lighter in character, you know, just like most such desserts are, and it was also good. But it still had that distinctive mouthfeel and flavor you get at Cold Stone.

• 3/10/23ice cream was good, with plenty of toppings. my only issue was with the price compared to the size. I spent nearly $9 for a mini bowl of ice cream.

• 9/05/26second time ive ordered lemon berry Lemon Berry Batter from this location and it had literally had whole strawberries (impossoble to bite into when frozen) and lg cookie chunks and no lemon filling. ice cream base tasted like plain cake batter ice cream. disappointing becaue ive had this in other areas and its amazing.

• 20/05/25Way too expensive for what you get, the Create Your Own Creation in particular costs nearly 7 dollars and was tiny. Create Your Own Shake was good but still a litte expensive

• 2/04/26I ordered golden Oreos in the Banana Caramel Crunch® and they were missing. In my opinion, without those, this mix isn't good. The original recipe needs something and that's why I order it with the cookies. I even ordered this for my birthday and was very disappointed.
