• 12/09/25Paid about $25 with tip and fees and received melted "freeze blasted" ice cream in a super stale waffle cup. The other half of my order was completely missing from the sealed bag also. Would not trust ordering from here again.

• 4/08/25Paid $18 to get an ice cream with marshmallows and it's not a marshmallow to be found. I can count on two hands how many marshmallows I got in this massive cup embarrassing

• 10/03/26Extremely disappointed with this order. I paid $19 for an ice cream because I specifically requested six brownies mixed in, and what I got was basically one tiny crumb of brownie. It honestly felt like they just waved a brownie over the cup and called it a day. Charging that much and barely including the add-ins is ridiculous. If you’re going to charge premium prices, at least put the ingredients in that people actually paid for.
