• 28/01/25I was craving peanut butter cups but it's mostly just chocolate and wayy too much caramel. I looked through the whole thing and there were only 2 little pb cup pieces.. very disappointed, esp considering I paid almost $20 for this

• 28/03/26Worst Cold Stone experience ever. What makes Cold Stone stand out? "Each flavor is churned with the finest ingredients and mixed with your choice of candy, cakes, fruits, or nuts on a frozen granite stone."
Except in Eugene! Staff at this location can't be bothered to do their most fundamental responsibility as Cold Stone employees -- mix the ice cream with its ingredients on the cold stone! Instead they skimp on the mix-in ingredients even the ones you pay extra to build, toss them on top of the base ice cream in the cup, and put on the lid - making the customer have to dump out and mix themselves. And unless you have a cold stone to mix them on at home, you have the equivalent of unblended shakes or sundaes. McFlurrys are done better. What a disappointment!

• 29/08/25ordered a love it and rec'd a like it size instead however they were nice over the phone reg the waffle bowl not being available online and worked with me on that.
