• 23/05/26We order from this place once a week and I have been noticing whenever we have it delivered the amount of topping and ice cream are significantly less than when we go in. I spent $37 dollars tonight and the cups were filled well below the rim.

• 10/01/26The ice cream is so inconsistent. Sometimes you get the topics listed sometimes you don't. But they have been way off recently. Bad quality. Everytime I receive my order it's always something wrong. But today was just plain out BAD. The ice cream wasn't wrapped like it usually is, the bag was open unlike other times when it's tied closed and it was also missing the order ticket just might have flew off due to poor packaging. Today I ordered the Cookie Doughn't You Want Some® and it just looks like they scooped vanilla ice cream and poured chocolate and a few chocolate chips to make it seem like the actual ice cream but it was just on the surface. And no cookie dough to be found or caramel. Just disappointed today :((

• 26/12/25The brain surgeon who made our ice cream put a Like it in a Love it cup for strawberry- one peanut butter was supposed to be love it and both peanut butters were like it. $66 for 4 cups. Last time ordering from this place. Portion??? Some nerve
