I’ve been burned by so many meal prep spots lately, I honestly didn’t have high hopes—but wow, I stand corrected. This might just be my new go-to!
Let’s talk about the fruit cup, though. Most places will hit you with a sad little cup of soggy, borderline-expired fruit. Not here. This one? 👏 Fresh. 👏 Flavorful. 👏 Worth every penny.
Highly recommend. This order reminded me that good food and fair pricing can still exist in one place.

the Double Chocolate Protein Oatmeal Muffins are so filling yet light and fluffy almost like a brownie texture. it was perfect for breakfast. THE Grilled Cajun Tilapia & Steamed White Rice w/a Creole Vegetable Sauce WAS AMAZING!!!!! 10/10!!! i would eat this for a weak straight!!! it's soooo good, fresh, and a huge portion!!! also so affordable :)

The Jerk Chicken Tacos .... bruh..... SOOOOO good! This is my new favorite go-to place to order food in general, doesn't matter if I'm meal prepping. Also try the Fit Philly Cheesesteak Pasta! So delicious, and filling for such low calories.

Delicious! The Ground Turkey & Spinach Stuffed Sweet Potato With BBQ Drizzle was fresh and flavorful. It had a smoky flavor that I liked and just enough bbq drizzle. The Assorted Fresh Fruit was well packaged and fresh.

Writing this review immediately because omg!!!! So first of all I appreciate them calling me to let me know they were out of the muffins I ordered and if I would like a different flavor. As a service provider myself customer service is everything. The meals fit my plan perfectly. I got the Jerk Salmon Nuggets With A Mango Corn Salsa and yallll I normally don't like salmon or loose corn but this was beyond my expectations! Everything about this meal is perfection. I finally found a business on DoorDash that fits my goals. The muffins were good as well. I love blueberries so the replacement was perfect. I also go a cookie but I haven't tasted it and the Fresh Watermelon Juice was great as well! I will definitely be a consistent customer atleast once a week since I prep my own meals but I also be passing on the word! The spot is gem!
