Crumbl cookies will be the death of me. No one needs to eat these circles (& squares) of mega sweet yumminess. Except sometimes you do. They're soooo good! And so fattening. Sigh. The French toast cookies are best in the middle - the outside is dry. The brownie chocolate cookies are super rich. The cookies with hazelnut are sugary.

The Biscoff cookie is dry and crumbly and bland. The icing is overly sweet. The Snickerdoodle cookies are inconsistent. Two weeks ago they weren't baked thoroughly and had no browning. Last week the edges were crispy and the tops browned. Today they're under-baked. They don't have the traditional tang. I like Crumbl's chocolate cookies - they freeze well and are really choclatey. In general, the Crumbl cookies are inconsistent in quality, too sweet, and, now that I've experimented with them for 4 orders, I'm more than ready to move on. They're just too inconsistent for the expense. Cookies shouldn't be risky.

The lotus biscoff tres leches was sooo good! it was abig filling piece too. hghly recommend trying any tres leches they offer
