Cookies were all hard, as were both pieces of cake. Super disappointing when it was $20+ for 4 cookies.

Cookie was way smaller than normal, consistency/shape was also a bit off. It was very chunky/lumpy and compact which is atypical for a crumbl cookie. Pretty disappointed tbh

All my chocolate chip cookies were burned and crunchy. Won't be ordering again just to waste my money.

The lemon cheesecake cookie is to die for. Chocolate chip is always a favorite. The classic sugar seems to have more of an almond paste or extract flavor than it used to.

I ordered the 6-pack and two of the cookies I got were piña colada & chocolate potato chip and wow!! Crumbl cookies never misses they were delicious, I seriously love this place!
