I always check the website to see the weekly flavors and how the cookies look. Usually, what I get from the store looks exactly like the cookies on the website - uniform size and loaded frosting and toppings. In my box tonight, half the cookies were smaller and thinner than normal. Cookies were frosted sparingly. The toppings were a sprinkle of nothing. What a bummer. Not the usual caliber of cookie for the price.

Chocolate chunk cookie was so hard and not soft like crumble is supposed to be. My three cookies were all throw together not neatly and the sizes were all over the place. Stale cookies!!! Most likley last time trying.

Tangy Mango Tajin didn't do it for me. Dubai, as usual, was amazing as was the other two which I forget the name of. The Tajin was poured in the cookie too much and leaked all over the box. Hmmm.

I ordered for pick up and everything was ready on time and looked delicious. I picked up the Mini 12-Pack as a treat for a customer and they said so many times how lovely all the cookies looked and tasted.
Team was professional and friendly when I picked up.
