I hate to be rude, but this was my first time ordering crumbl and it crumbled my expectations. Every cookie was insanely sweet, and they're quite large. I was fine paying $30 for cookies because I thought theyd be worth it, but they weren't :(

I love that Crumbl has a mini option for their cookies and desserts. For me the minis are a perfect size since they're smaller but still taste delicious. I'm glad Crumbl decided to make their minis available all week.

The heart shaped cake was under baked. Most of the cookies I received looked underbaked.

Employees are friendly it's just a bit confusing on where to pick up an online order especially when they are busy. Takes a little to get acknowledged at first, but otherwise staff is friendly and cookies are always great
