I always check the website to see the weekly flavors and how the cookies look. Usually, what I get from the store looks exactly like the cookies on the website - uniform size and loaded frosting and toppings. In my box tonight, half the cookies were smaller and thinner than normal. Cookies were frosted sparingly. The toppings were a sprinkle of nothing. What a bummer. Not the usual caliber of cookie for the price.

Chocolate chunk cookie was so hard and not soft like crumble is supposed to be. My three cookies were all throw together not neatly and the sizes were all over the place. Stale cookies!!! Most likley last time trying.

I ordered just a couple cookies fairly late at night, as a treat before the birthday girl and friend went to bed. One cookie was okay. Not worth the price, that's for sure. The other cookie-I wanted them against ordering it as I read a bad review dry/stale/crumbled completely before getting halfway through with it. They needed soons to scoop it up. I expect better quality and flavor at these prices. At any price point really. Their quality has gone downhill over the years. I won't order from them again, and I find that disappointing as they are open late, so it is convenient they stay open past the normal bakery hours.

I ordered for pick up and everything was ready on time and looked delicious. I picked up the Mini 12-Pack as a treat for a customer and they said so many times how lovely all the cookies looked and tasted.
Team was professional and friendly when I picked up.
