I'm Cuban and I love visiting this place. The food is delicious, the Cuban sandwich is also excellent and a generous portion, as are the cocktails. The mojito is very good, especially in this hot summer. Mrs. Antonia, the owner, is very kind and helpful.Highly recommend!!!

Tamales Cubanos are super good. Not only are they somewhat larger than the tamales you get in most Mexican restaurants, but the masa layer is thicker and moister, and the filling (shredded pork) very flavorful. No need to doctor it up with salsa or sour cream; it's delicious on its own. And wrapped up like a Christmas package: very pretty.
Guava empanada is $2.00 less than the meat filled ones, and makes a tasty, tropical fruit flavored dessert. Tastes kind of like a cross between strawberry and lemon.
I'll probably be up half the night having coffee this late, but the Nutella drink was worth it. Satisfied my chocolate craving for the rest of the week.

Sándwich Cubano / Cuban Sandwich was excellent! And huge! And the Cubanas / Cuban Empanadas with chicken were amazing! We thought going by the picture, that you got more than one though but you do only get one but we were able to share it. So tasty!

very poor quality food. we got 2 Cuban Sándwich Cubano / Cuban Sandwich and a beef Empanadas Cubanas / Cuban Empanadas . the Empanada was dry and bland. I won't blame the soggy crust on them that is just the result of travel and steam. all the food was still very hot when delivered. one of my sandwiches had no ham or mustard and a very sad amount of pork. the sandwiches don't have much flavor either. I hate to leave a bad review, but this is not worth the money. $47 with all the delivery fees. will not order again. the picture is after we added some mustard ourselves.

Sandwich Cubano is a very big, filling sandwich. Made on a large French roll and then pressed in a Panini press. It has layers of thinly sliced ham and shredded pork, with pickles and melted white cheese between the meat layers. Normally I can't finish this sandwich in one sitting, but I skipped breakfast today and was super hungry. But a couple could easily split one, especially as it's conveniently cut in two.
Americano is the same price as the house coffe: $3.00 for 12 oz; add $1.00 for 16 oz or $2.00 for 20 oz. There's no way to order cream and sugar, unfortunately. I usually take cream in my coffee but didn't miss it; the coffee has a very mellow flavor.
