The Backyard Bacon Ranch Signature Stackburger Combo was simply amazing. It was fresh and delicious. Quite possibly one of the best burgers I have had in a long time. I hope this burger sticks around on the menu.

I've had orders on off days before, but today was completely unacceptable. I ordered a Cheese Deluxe Signature Stackburger™ Combo. No special instructions, or weird request.
The fries were cold, soggy, and lacking any salt/seasoning. They had the same flavor, and texture, of a leftover fry (from the day before.)
Although the fries were disappointing, the real atrocity was the burger. The burger was sooo greasy, that the bottom bun fell apart on the initial attempt to remove the burger from the box. Despite the disgusting amount of grease, I still tried a bite of the burger. The "Deluxe" portion of the burger was non-existent. With half a slice of tomato, a single pickle chip, and a handful of onions (no cheese or lettuce, despite being ordered.) The patties were burnt to the extent that they had an audible crunch when chewing. The excessive char, mixed with the lack of toppings, and the EXTREME amount of grease, made the burger inedible.

the shake had wayyyy too much pineapple and it was all brown and gross. and i paid $5 for 4 onion rings , and the food was all cold. thanks .

Turned out so yummy, Surprised due to all the cold but it was delicious and not all broken, I would definitely order this again. It was also Very fresh and nice, this MooLatté® is so chocolatey, I would love to drink it again especially if you have sweet tooth like me.
This portion was good but if you like to order more order more! So good and delicious. Definitely recommend.

I love the sauces and Sauced & Tossed Honey BBQ w/Drink I was just a little upset about the shortage of fries but when I called the restaurant it turns out they measure the amount of fries depending on the size so I can't really be upset about something like that, but just know that if you want more fries size up
