Great service and Great Staff. Always super efficient and makes orders right. Sad they dont have a drumstick blizzard but so happy with the turtle pecan cluster!! Also glad that idont have to ask for vanilla ice cream in my blizzard since all are made with Vanilla unless asked otherwise. So great job Dairy Queen Dundee!

This specific location always goes above and beyond, and they always get my order right. They even called to ask me what I'd like as a replacement when they didn't have an item I ordered. Good people over there!

Cold, overcooked fries. Everything else was right, but barely warm, even though my Dasher waited for the order. My burger had the lettuce and tomato I selected as a customization....but they didn't put the sauces on that already came on it. Luckily, the Original Cheeseburger Signature Stackburger™ Combo burger had enough flavor to where I didn't need to add it at home, but a bit dry. I was a little disappointed because it is already supposed to go on there; even if I added extra veggies.

i paid 95c for an extra ranch because i ordered so much food and i really enjoy the ranch. i was really disappointed to discover only one ranch in the bag. 95c may not be a whole lot but it's enough to make me not wanna order here again.

The OREO® BLIZZARD® Treat is usually really good but today the cookies were stale/tasted nasty and I was highly disappointed in my order today. Hopefully next time is just as good as it usually is! :)
