Always as good as it looks. NEW! Loaded Queso and Caesar Salad, a good combo! I never get the parmesean crisp for the salad, but it won't stop the order. The seasoning on the chips for the NEW! Loaded Queso is the best.

The French fries were mildly warm to cold and not hot! The menu says all dishes are made to order, so I don't know why the fries would arrive cold. This is the second experience at receiving cold fries from the Serramonte Dave & Busters location. When I visited the Oakland location recently, the fries were served popping hot. Very disappointed at the Serramonte location.

Im not gonna lie, I liked their mushroom guimess stout burger better. My  absolute favorite burger, and it looks like many others as well.
The main differences: you have to pay extra for mushrooms NOT SOAKED IN GUINESS) M price includes the bacon instead of bacon jam (I liked adding for $1-2 for generous portion!) though BACON JAM SUPPOSED TO STILL COME WITH IT!?!
Mine didnt. Other difference is grilled onions cost extra and i cant justify mushrooms AND onions!
Still very good though. Decent portion for price. Only real disappointment is the fries (which ARE included with burger, its a little confusing how youre given option to add as side). The fries have always been to thick, heavy, not crispy or tasty how I like. Im picky though, but even when I upgraded to truffle fries I just couldn't eat them compared to that burger.

You paying $20 for that pasta? Maybe it's small because of the discount. Or maybe that's the regular size

Fish & Chips, Voodoo Pasta, Bavarian Pretzel, Crispy Cauliflower & Garlic Mashed Potatoes were good but, the Grilled Asparagus was cold and the Sprite I ordered was missing entirely.
I noted the drink I had paid $3.65 for was missing entirely & had received only a $2.00 refund!?! That's a theft of $1.65 for no drink received.
