It wasn't a big cookie like I was expecting. It was balls of dough. They weren't cooked all the way through.

Used to be a go to place but they're now undercooked and half the size. Not sure what went wrong here.

the first time I ordered, I got a whole tin to-go container of cookie, it was fresh it mimicked the pan they're served in, it was great.
this time I got 6 under cooked blobs in a cardboard box and I won't be ordering again.
massive fail.

The cookies arrived completely raw and full of uncooked dough on the inside. I hope it was a one off but it was unedible until after I baked them in my own oven
