I normally order this all the time and it is normally cooked to perfection. The pancakes were over cooked making the chocolate bits burned. Again this is the first time this has ever happened but I was not able to eat the pancakes.

Ordered Oreo Shake Pack , all the black Oreo looking black spots are thick plastic pieces. And BBQ Bacon Chicken Sandwich chicken is not cooked properly.

The Jr. Cheeseburger was good. The fries were crispy on the outside. The Build Your Own Grand Slam® was just ok. The sausage was hard/overcooked, and the pancakes were undercooked.
