Amazing place. They were out of brisket due to calling in late but they gave me a call and i asked for ribs instead. Not only was is it good, they gave me way more ribs for the price due for being out of brisket. Amazing customer service.

The meat was so dry we could hardly swallow it. There was very little meat for $20+ and the French fries say "hand cut", they were frozen crinkly fries and as with the meat there were very few of them.

Classic Sandwich Combo was dry and order was made incorrectly. They give you one small sauce cup for a lot of meat and charge you for extra knowing you will need it. My order didn't began being prepped til nearly 30 mins after it was placed causing a major delay in my delivery. Giant Pit-Smoked Loaded Baker was actually giant and made correctly. I would order a baked potato from them again.

Texas toast is mentioned as a side accomanying the meal. That is NOT Texas toast . $17 for 2 meats and two small sides absolute rip off. I totally get inflation, but the portion size is way to small for what you are charging, and not even fulfilling the order as described. Years ago you would not have seen this.

You should really read this review if you'd like you know the reasons why to order and why not to from here. Excluding the fact the it is expansive, im totally willing to pay if its actually worth it. When you order a sause, it cost $2 additional. They do offer a free "automic sauce" but fail to prodive a description of what it entails (mild, hot, spicy, sweet) which forces you to pay for sauce you are familiar with (Buffo sauce, ect...). That be said, the size was a major disappointment. I got a container that people of use for samples. Considering the fact I ordered a 3 Meat Plate, you'd think they'd at least give you enough to enjoy it with all 3 meats. The size of the sides are also very small for the price. Lastly, they mixed all meats in one container rolled up together. This is meant to be a shared platter, therefore touching different types of meat like with pork, didn't allow my guest to eat because he cant eat pork (he got the brisket). The cherry on top was for a BBQ joint, they failed to provide any napkins or utensils. What's the point of take out if ya still gotta do dishes lol? That all being said, the food was absolutely delicious and the sauce was tasty. Just wish I got my monies worth for the sause so i could have had a full enjoyable expensive.
