This place is, hands down, one of the best authentic Chinese restaurants in the entire state. I'm very picky about restaurants, especially when it comes to East Asian cuisine, and this is one of the few places I recommend without hesitation.
I come here for two dishes in particular: Shredded Beef with Hot Chili Peppers (I believe it's written: 小椒牛肉絲), and their Taiwanese style open-ended Pan Fried Pork Dumplings (or: 台式開口鍋貼). The pork dumplings are open at the ends so that the rendered pork fat oozes out and surrounds the dumplings to cook itself. Delicious. Both are simply outstanding and among the restaurant's signature offerings.
What I love most is that the menu stays true to regional Chinese cooking rather than typical American takeout fare which tends to be overly thickened with cornstarch and sickly sweet and enough salt to send you to the ER. The flavors are bold, balanced, and unmistakably authentic. If you're looking for genuine Chinese cuisine, this is the place. Come hungry cuz I promise you'll devour everything in sight.

The Steamed Shrimp & Pork Dumplings (8) were really yummy! Juicy and soft, I enjoyed them. I also really liked the chewy Sesame Ball -- I was worried they'd be really greasy but they're lightly crisp and not too sweet. There wasn't anything crispy about the Dan Dan Crispy Tofu -- the tofu itself was nice and soft, but the pork was VERY salty. Not awful flavor but I wouldn't order it again. The noodles were good! Maybe sliiightly bland, but fresh, not too oily, and a nice relief after the too salty dan dan. Really good value and portion size overall. I would order from Dim Sum House again.

Absolutely obsessed with Dim Sum House. Best soup dumplings in the area. The Gourd Luffa, Pork & Shrimp Soup Dumpling (6) are sooo good. I've also ordered the Snow Cabbage & Shredded Pork Rice Cake twice now this week. Highly recommend.

This is now my favorite Shanghai Style Udon ive ever had. Best udon in the area so far. Loved the soup dumplings and the Sautéed Rice Noodle Taiwanese Style. Def ordering from here again!

Shanghai Style Udon was absolutely delicious and the Beef Scallion Pancake literally has ruined all other Asian food for me nothing compares.
