Delicious! A little more icy than I'd like but so good that I'm fine with it. The smaller size was plenty imo. I also appreciate that they used a dairy-free creamer. Would definitely order again.

I ordered a Brown Sugar Milk Tea, but what I received was just a plain milk tea with no brown sugar syrup or flavor. It looked completely different from the drink shown on the menu.
I called the store immediately to ask about it. The staff member sounded rude, said they would inform the manager, and then stopped answering my calls. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable, just the drink I paid for or a resolution.

The Taro Milk Tea and Hokkaido Black Milk Tea are both incredible!
also the little charms that came with as a trinket that matched my drinks were such a cute little thing to recieve.
