At first, I was disappointed because I paid for express service & didn't get it, but I must say the burgers were pretty good. The fries weren't what we expected, more like shoestring type, but they tasted ok. They would have been better if they were still hot.

Burgers not cooked, buns hard as rock, they also drown the burgers in their sauce and it's all you can taste

Its just really "meh" and the fries are really thin and look nothing like the pictures. I've ordered a couple times thinking it might be an off day but nope, thats just how it is.
Burger isn't bad but it doesn't stand out either.

I would never order this again the fries arent even crinkle cut like it's shown on the menu and they are soggy too i dont even know if the fries are fresh they definitely dont taste like it also the burger was burnt it did not taste good at all. I spent 16 dollars on this just for it to be a 1 out of 5 . I couldn't even finish the burger and also the sauce is not good either
